Daily Monitoring
Your Solar Guard Membership includes daily system monitoring (365 days a year). Our monitoring enables us to monitor every individual panel to ensure your system is working at its peak performance.
17-Point Precision Tune-Up*
Your Solar Guard Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough 17-Point Solar System Precision Tune-Up, to keep your system producing efficiently.
Electric System Safety Inspection**
Your Solar Guard Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough 11-Point inspection of your main electric panel to inspect for arching, breaker condition, and wire connectivity.
24-Hour Repair Response Time***
As a Solar Guard Member, upon request, we guarantee 24-hour Solar System repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and system repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $500.
Priority Installation
As a Solar Guard Member, upon request, if your Solar System needs to be replaced, we will provide you with priority service within 24 hours of a permit being pulled.
Guaranteed Service Window
As a Solar Guard Member, we know your time is valuable, so we'll guarantee our arrival to service you Solar System within a 2-hour window.
Transferrable Plan
As a Solar Guard Member, we are here ot serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (if in our service area) or you can transfer your payment credits to the new home owner -- a nice 'extra' to offer perspective buyers!
Diagnostic Charge Discounts
As a Solar Guard Member, the diagnostic fee will only be $19.
Repair Discounts
As a Solar Guard Member, you're guaranteed 25% off all solar and battery system repairs!

Manufacturer Warranties

As a Solar Guard Member, the original labor warranty on any solar or battery service performed while a Solar Guard Member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted Solar Guard Member.

As long as you remain an uninterrupted Solar Guard Member, 100% of your membership fees accumulated on a pro rata basis at the time of service may be applied towards the cost of a A) solar panel replacement, B) monitoring replacement, C) inverter replacement, or D) Battery replacement.

***** Solar Guard Membership must stay current through the date of service. Offer applies to solar panel, inverter, monitoring, and/or battery replacement purchased or installed by Senga Energy. Initial membership fee for monthly members do not count towards payment credits.
These benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of these benefits is not refundable. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. This Solar Guard Membership is a one year minimum commitment. In the event of membership cancellation prior to the end of the one year minimum term of membership, any discount benefits received are void and will be charged back to you by Senga Energy.
